They're a fair bit more expensive than most other sewing shop options. I don't ever buy fabric here for this reason but sometimes I can't find haberdashery items I need anywhere else as they do have a very big catalogue. The website stating "in stock" is quite unreliable, on several occasions I've ordered something marked as in stock only for it to not show up until weeks later because it in fact wasn't in stock. It's good in a pinch but with the pricing, won't ever be my go-to.

The assistant in the shop was super helpful and quick to come over and help. I got excatly what I came for and overall it was a good experience.

Always fast service from Topcashback's side. Had few issues with purchases not tracking, had to wait 6 months for one payout but did eventually get it. I do forget to use topcashback sometimes and it's super annoying when I do as you can get a lot of savings through if making large purchases like I had when moving apartment earlier this year. Payout once you've received the ok from the seller is always faster than the estimates.

Ordered seagrass under the bed storage boxes. Arrived fast and as described.

The delivery guys were great and called when they couldn't find the address. Had no issues with my order and the mattress is heavenly. Also received 2 pillows, they're a bit hard but they were free so great to have as spares.

Edit 2 years later(30/12/2022):
For the past 6 months the mattress has got gradually worse to a point I can't lie in it for over 6 hours or I can't get out for the back pain it gives me. I'm barely 31 and I've never known such back pain. It sags horribly in the middle but not "4cm visible dip" for the warranty to kick in. I'm only 56kgs not a big person. It's only me on the double bed always have been so I'm super disappointed. This WAS the best mattress I'd had but with just a 1 1/2 years lifespan for something that expensive I'm really disappointed. As I happens I can't afford a new one with the constant price hikes.
I've rotated as the website says, used a thin mattress topper, solid bottom with only 3cm gaps between thick 50mm slats that doesn't have give even when I stand on them if the mattress was off the bed.
Considering to jeg get my airbed out and sleep on that from now on as the £79 luxury airbed is way better than this.

In short: Can't recommend at all, doesn't last even 2 years, sags in middle, gives insane back pain even when a small person uses it.
