Good value, delivered promptly

When you order from Temu and pay their extremely low costs don’t expect 5* items, particularly clothing. Inanimate goods such as garden lighting, cards etc are very good value for money and I have been very satisfied with these items. Clothing no! They show photos of clothing that do not match the delivered item, overall apart from the clothing I’m very happy to use Temu

I have always used Ticketmaster for all tickets purchased for years and have always given 5* reviews. Given feedback for great communication and ease of using, however, the one big gig I’ve been waiting for for years to turn up at Scarborough was Billy Ocean, tried to buy pre sale tickets through them and registered with Live Nation … nothing! So disappointed, all good seats have gone! Luckily my sister managed to get standing tickets for us all, purely by luck! Thought I could rely on Ticketmaster, not now

The dress, like the last one I ordered had unnecessary elastic under the bust, which I removed, just made it a little uncomfortable. I loved both items and they were delivered very promptly. Just a little disappointed they didn’t seem as good quality as usual

Absolutely love the trousers I received today, very prompt delivery, however they were too long and while trying to take them up by hand sewing, noticed a very nasty cut in the material that had a crude attempt at mending it. I didn’t return the item which I should have done, I wanted them for that evening, so cannot criticise Blue Vanilla as I didn’t test the return system, however they were quite expensive for what they were.

Delivered next day, easy instructions very pleased with product. Only thing there was no attachment to hold extra tool onto the machine as instructions indicated,no problem though doesn’t need it

OMG I wish we’d read these reviews before taking our poor cat there. We didn’t realise CVS owned the surgery. I agree with all the negative comments about no compassion and extortionate prices. We had to wait until 8.30am to ring when they opened having being up all night, watching her as she convulsed. Told they couldn’t see her until 11.am and then while my husband waited in the waiting room with a barking dog, she was so scared she messed herself and was sick. She didn’t get seen for about 40 minutes and then when she was taken away they gave her a sedative to calm her down then brought her back to my husband to say goodbye, before administering the final dose she’d already gone.

What infuriates me more is that we were given an envelope which we opened a couple of days later and apparently her body was taken to Durham for cremation and we had the privilege of choosing to decide what kind of cremation we would like, all costing more money of course.
They are just cashing in on people’s grief, we are not stupid enough to believe she was taken to Durham from Scarborough and would receive her ashes back if we were willing to pay.
They need exposing for the absolute …….. they are.

Always had a lot of regard for Debenhams on the High Street and was disappointed when they closed down, however my husband ordered a bed frame which was supposed to be 3 - 5 days delivery, now on day 10 and no idea when or if it will be delivered. Don’t really understand the connection between DBZ and Debenhams but we have been fobbed off and lied to by them. What a shame they are destroying the reputation of Debenhams as we would never order anything from Debenhams on line again.

Thank you replying, but it doesn’t help at all. The tracking page is unavailable and customer services have said twice the courier has tried to ring us and quoted a fictitious phone number both times despite being told the correct phone number twice.

I have never come across such wonderful customer service! My parcel was left in someone else’s porch by mistake, informed Royal Mail and Megan at Klass. Didn’t think I would ever see the dress but Megan sent a replacement dress the next day with no charge. Royal Mail managed to retrieve the original dress from the house where it had been delivered (it had been opened) I have sent it back to Klass, want to thank everyone but not the person who thought they could keep a parcel not belonging to them!

So pleased with the 2 items of clothing I bought, lovely quality for the money and generous fit, fed up of getting clothes on line that are usually too tight.

Would never order clothes from them again, over priced took weeks to deliver, poor communication and no returns label, tags or invoice details. Wanted to return but I will not pay for recorded delivery, when the goods were over priced and too small

After a not very helpful response from Raluca, regarding a mistake with the delivery address, I want to thank Sienna and Maria for resolving the problem promptly, wouldn’t hesitate to order from Mountain Warehouse again
