My dog has been on DD for nearly 2 years and it's been great. He loves the mix of flavours so doesn't get bored ever. Managing my deliveries on line or updating the orders is super simple.

Most importantly the food is very high quality and my dog loves it. What makes the company special is the service is very personal, you can speak to them about any questions you have about your pet. I've only had one issue when my parcel delivered to the incorrect building. I contact them and had a replacement the 2 days later which was amazing.

This was my first claim for my 2yr old dog and it was really easy and the payment was dealt with and came through quickly so i'm really pleased. My only comment was i had to print out forms rather than do online which is fine but would be easier.
