The steamer is a great bit of kit.
The steamer is a great bit of kit and works a dream, fast delivery, great after sales.
It came with a free gift , a body massager unfortunately it didn't work but there customer service was 1st class and sent replacement asap.
It took a couple of attempts to sort the problem but each time was fantastic response.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES ADVOID
I put a multi order 26TH July i paid for a 4 day delivery. once the tracking numbers were generated, i noticed i had 2 items where i was told access denied. I spoke via whats app raising the question on the Sunday after a painful experience with the Ai bot i got told there would be a delay to get through to customer service,
Monday i messaged again at 9.15 and finally got a response at 14.50.
I then messaged again Wednesday Explaining the same thing with access denied,
I was listed basically what was listed on there website with the tracking information. i said i wanted to know when items was going to be delivered as i can not access the tracking info. i was told items would all arrive be the 1st August. I said i had paid extra for item to arrive by the 31st July to which i was told as they come from separate suppliers so cant be guaranteed, no offer of refund for delivery. i have again spoke today the 2nd Aug as still waiting told exactly same thing told now to wait for a customer service team to speak , i guess that will be sometime Monday, I think there set up is a shambles i have spent hundreds of pounds this week but one thing is for sure , THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OUT OF ME IN THE FUTURE!
WE NEED TO SPEAK TO HUMANS NOT AI!

My son ordered a lamp on the 27th…
My son ordered a lamp on the 27th September and still no sign of it ,they don't answer the telephone, i have managed to chat online do the excuses....it was sent the couriers lost it, They are experiencing problems with there courier ,every week we have been promised it has been sent, now last week before the website went down we was told it was being dispatched from there main supplier and would reach us by the 27th oct, we have since several emails asking for a refund to which we have received no response, there is something very dodgy about this company as it was paid through Klarna they are investigating this but its now day 4 and still no response. Avoid people!

The sales and delivery was very good.
The quality of the furniture was also great.
You could make instructions clearer as by labeling the panels 123 etc I know you have the panels measurements in the instructions but I found this time consuming.
I found the hanging of the doors difficult and they are still from perfect as in alignment.
On the whole once assembled beautiful.

The picture does not do this justice, it’s absolutely lovely piece of furniture. The company was also the cheapest I found and was delivered within days of the completed order. It’s a big 5 stars here. Would highly recommend buying from here.

Claim went in for 3 seat recover Nov 2022, came out finally after months of phone calling etc June 2023 with the wrong colour fabric , tech guy said he had to fit or claim would be closed , he said the whole leather sofa needs recovering to avoid mismatch. Now we back on merry go round with there head office again.
Ok i have edited this review as of today 14th July 2023 the GM have now settled my claim to which i am very happy and adjusted the stars accordingly. Once i seemed to get the right people involved they have resolved this in about 5weeks, just a pity it took so long to get here but TY for those involved in the later stages.

I have been with o2 for many years and used there shop for upgrades, i am so glad i did a google, not only have these guys saved me money on the monthly contract for the phone i was looking at but i also got a whooping 330gb more than the o2 deal, what made me smile was the new phone was sent direct from o2 :D oh and did i say this all happened within 14hrs of speaking with these guys to when i received my phone.
