I think Jet 2 holidays are great for people who do not want to do their own arranging of flights and accommodation. We didn’t see any Jet 2 staff once we had left the planes, but there again, we were able to do everything for ourselves.

I wish I could give no stars.
Was promised £15 worth of nectar points and a Nat Trust voucher when I subscribed.
Phoned three times, was promised them, now told not entitled to the offer three months later! Appalling…customer service…don’t make me laugh!

I enjoy my membership of Dobbies and find the cafe and the staff very pleasant.
At Christmas the shop shines with gifts for all. The addition of the Sainsbury food store has been beneficial.
All in all a good place to browse where you can be assured of finding that special gift, reliable plants and a range of garden equipment.

I thought Robert Dyas was a reputable firm and ordered an outdoor mirror, which is supposed to have been delivered today.Tracking is useless. I have waited in all day, on Cumbria’s hottest sunniest day for nothing! I’ve just looked at the reviews and there is a lot of dissatisfaction about. I am hoping for an answer to my e mail ASAP. This will be the last time I order from this firm. I hope it will be in one piece if and when it does eventually arrive!
UPDATE: Still haven’t heard from Robert Dyas, but the mirror arrived safely this morning by courier...a man in a van whom I imagined to have been subcontracted by FedEx. I have had no tracking at all...very poor, but a happy ending!

After a fortnight of worry the books arrived this morning! I am overjoyed!
After seeing PENDING continually on my account, writing many e mails, phoning with no answer and posting very unfavourable reviews, everything went well in the last two days re Hermes notifications! Thank you Book People ..though you did put me through the emotional wringer! Sorry for your troubles. I have ordered from you for years!
