Despite telling Wateraid several times…

Despite telling Wateraid several times that they are sending mail to our address which is for the previous owner they still persist in sending more! Don’t waste your money donating to this lot as they just throw it away sending mail to folk who are not remotely interested!!

Debbie and Bill from the Dewsbury store…

Debbie and Bill from the Dewsbury store did a home visit for my elderly mother as she is unable to get out to visit a showroom. They were friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to help Mum choose the sofas she wanted and answering any questions we had. We had previously called in the Guiseley store on Mum’s behalf where the staff were also very helpful. We were never rushed or put under any pressure to buy.

We have had various blinds and curtains…

We have had various blinds and curtains supplied and fitted by advisor Ian 215622. He has given advice where appropriate whilst listening to what we required and we are very happy with the end results.

We are delighted with our new wardrobes

We are delighted with our new wardrobes. The fitter, Simon Garrard, has done an excellent job and clearly takes a pride in his work, which is clear in the end result.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak we have…

Due to the coronavirus outbreak we have had to cut short our holiday and returned home on Tuesday morning.
We would never have gone but were completely unable to get through to Sykes prior to leaving home for the holiday as all methods of contact were either totally blocked up or simply not working.
The result has been that we spent our time on holiday feeling guilty that we really should not have been there, and also waiting to be told by the government that we had to go home.
It is time that Sykes did the decent thing and refunded people for the holidays they could not have.
You have treated so many loyal customers so badly Sykes. Unfortunately, we have another holiday booked with you in July, but after that we will certainly never be using you again, and will be strongly advising others to avoid you as well.
