Very impressed, I went to the clinic near Liverpool Street one morning and the phlebotomist Violetta was lovely and very efficient. I had the results that evening! My NHS GP didn’t have a clue about the results of the ultimate iron blood test so I booked an appointment to speak to a GP at the clinic who was excellent. I tell go back in a month or so to see if anything has changed.

Very easy to order, price was good and I received the meds in 2 days.

My young cat Poppy had to be unexpectedly put to sleep last month and I decided to claim under my policy for her treatment. Waggel made it easy and painless and they have now paid it minus the excess.

I’ve just switched broadband provider and couldn’t get the app to find the new network. I spoke with Toni who was extremely helpful and she talked me through doing it on the keypad. All up and running now. Great service.

Very poor range of vegetarian/vegan dishes compared to all the other major supermarkets. Prices aren’t bad for most things. Shocked to see nearly all the checkouts in my local store are self service with cameras now which is not good. They were ok at first for 10 items or less but expecting you to do a full shop using one is ridiculous.

Been with Smarty for a few months now and I’m very impressed. Service is as good as from my previous provider but at a third of the price. I’ve had no problems at all.

I’ve had a Simplisafe system for a couple of years, it’s so easy to set up and very reasonably priced. I’m doing a review now as I have just bought the bell box which wasn’t available when I first installed my system. It’s certainly much louder than the built in siren which is pretty pathetic in all honesty. All in all it’s a great system and I’d recommend it if you’d rather not pay thousands for a professionally fitted system which is what I was quoted for a 2 bed bungalow!

My two diffusers arrived on Wednesday and are plugged in the lounge and another room opposite as one of my cats spends a lot of time in the hall.
She’s sleeping more so maybe she’s feeling the effects already however I can really smell them too, I thought they were meant to be odourless? They’re making me feel ill to be honest, lightheaded, palpitations, headache, I’ve just switched them off as I can’t stand smelling it any longer. If I’d known they were made in China I would not have bought them, god knows what is in them. I would not recommend these at all.

Yes they have refunded me in full for which I am grateful. However I would take care using these, one thing which worried me is that there is no date of manufacture or batch number on them so I don’t see how there can be any quality control. If they work for you and your cat that’s great.

All 4 of my alloys were awful, the front ones were badly scuffed and on the rear ones the lacquer had failed and allowed corrosion to start, they looked horrible.
I was going to have them diamond cut again but Ram advised me to have them sprayed, we settled on a silver which matches the strip at the back of the roof. They look fantastic. As for Ram, what a lovely young man, I could have chatted to him all day! I wish I’d known he also did bumper scrapes. I would highly recommend him if you want your wheels to look superb!

The Gimcat were about a third of the price on Amazon! Received quickly. Would recommend.

Their listing on eBay for Grenade Carb Killer protein bars makes it seem as if you’re buying 12 boxes of the product when in fact it’s only 12 bars making them an extortionate £2.60 a bar if you order 12, if you’re stupid enough to buy 1 bar it’s £7.80. I requested they cancel my order and after I mentioned trustpilot they have refunded me. They were unobtainable on the phone despite spending 30 minutes calling them simultaneously on 2 lines. I left a message requesting a call back but nobody called. Be careful.
After seeing the reply from the vendor I’d say it isn’t that the prices are too high although they are but the deceptive listing on eBay which gives the impression you are buying 12 boxes not 12 bars, from reviews on eBay I’m not the only one to have been caught out. As to the cancellation of the order, there was no response initially to my request, it was only after I had messaged them to say I was leaving a review on trustpilot that I got a message telling me they had refunded me. But thank you for refunding me whatever the reason.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Whenever I’ve had a delivery made by APC it has always been excellent.

i bought 3 galvanised steel planters and the price was good but when they arrived the screws to put them together were too large for the receiving holes. I called Vida, the phones are only open until 12, and although they did their best it wasn’t easy to get them to understand what the problem was. They passed my complaint to their technical department who then advised that they were the wrong screws and I could either drill the holes out or buy smaller screws. I bought smaller self tapping screws. They did offer me a £28 refund though which was reasonable. The diagram to put them together is pretty poor, how much more would it cost them to provide decent instructions?

Vida XL have contacted me to see if they could help further and have also offered me a further refund which they did not have to do. I have to say I’ve been very impressed with their customer service.

I only ordered one lithium battery which they don’t carry in supermarkets. Good price and speedy delivery. Would use again.

This company is used by scammers usually claiming to be animal shelters in many places around the world. Although they are informed that such and such account is fraudulent they take no action and the scammers are allowed to carry on fleecing animal lovers. It seems donorbox doesn’t care about people losing money as long as they can carry on making money out of it. Avoid!

I have bought 4 eSims for friends in Gaza who without these would be completely cut off from the outside world. The price is good anyway but when you’ve earned points you get a few dollars off. Very satisfied.
