Terrible service Tracking doesn’t give enough info. Over 11 days and I haven’t received anything.

Hello Sam,
Unfortunately given the current pandemic, we have received confirmation from our couriers that there are delays with the times parcels will be delivered, especially for international customers on a standard delivery service. We sadly are unable to give you an estimate on when your parcel will be delivered, however our couriers are working as hard as possible to have these delivered as soon as possible.
We would recommend keeping an eye on your parcels tracking details for updates via your online account or dispatch email/s. However, please be aware your tracking will likely not update everyday but rather every few days.
