Really easy to participate. Some cracking prizes, and it's cheap enough to have a little flutter.

The only thing I've ever won was some lavender soap and talcum powder at a raffle sale about 30 years ago, so I'm not getting my hopes up.

These guys deal with some fabulous cars, but they treated my old Land Rover like a Ferrari.

I'm a first time customer, and I'd read a couple of reviews that mentioned being let down by couriers. I was therefore a little worried when I didn't receive a DHL notification confirming the delivery slot.

I contacted The Dorset Meat Co. and they couldn't have been more helpful. The lady who assisted me was friendly, understanding and she determinedly set about getting the issue resolved. She reassured me that my order would be located and delivered, and if that wasn't possible, it would be replaced. She then called me to keep me updated.

Her tenacity paid off, and between her and DHL, the order was located and delivered.

The meat and cheese were perfectly packaged, and still refrigerator cold.

I'm now going to settle down with some splendid cheese, some absolutely delicious looking salami and a glass of nice red. A good result!

Through absolutely no fault of theirs, the cage we ordered wasn't up to spec. Parrot Supplies arranged a courier to collect the cage, we carefully packaged it up and returned it, and a full refund has been issued.

Sometimes things don't go to plan, it's the way that it's dealt with that counts. Parrot Supplies have earned my trust and my custom, thank you.

A great company. The personal touch, great customer care, a cracking selection of products and great prices. The kayu trees are brilliant, and much better value for money than the extremely expensive java trees. I heartily recommend Scarlett's.

My complaint is not levelled directly at Next (who provided a no quibble refund), but with their chosen courier, Evri. My order didn't arrive, apparently undeliverable because of 'bad weather'. Its been raining. In the UK. In January. And that's enough to prevent Evri from delivering? What utter nonsense. As I have no confidence in Evri, I will not be placing further orders with Next.

I rarely write reviews, and I usually only take the time to do so when I'm dissatisfied. However, I wanted to say that the customer service I've had from Christys' has been exceptional.

There was a slight issue with a Panama hat I purchased. It was something that I was happy to live with, but had asked for some advice on. I rang their manufacturing number (the shop is currently closed) and spoke to a very helpful lady. I followed up the conversation with an email.

Christys' not only gave me the advice I'd asked for, they offered to replace my hat! I hadn't asked or expected them to do so. The hat arrived soon after and it's fabulous.

I've also purchased a beautiful fedora. I ordered online and the hat arrived a week or so later.

I've had first class service from Christys'. Their hats are beautifully made. I heartily recommend them.
