My Evri parcel aarrived battered and bruised, it looks deliberate as well my most recent one has a huge muddy footprint on it, I never get a knock on the door so I can never confront the person doing it either,

Ordered a book for my friends birthday, took ages to be dispatched, arrived just before her birthday and I was given a damaged book, wasn’t damaged on the way because the box was in good condition. I contacted them about this and asked for a refund because I didn’t have time to order another and they would only give me 15% off so I had to give my friend a damaged birthday present. Buying in store is a lot better.

Amazing quality, ordering online is a bit dodgy so buy in a shop if you can, took them nearly a week to dispatch my order, I’m guessing it was because of the Christmas period, but it looks like I’m not the only one, other than that tho absolutely amazing stuff to buy and their bathbombs will ALWAYS be top tier

Every parcel since the beginning of December has either not turned up or has been late. And don’t even get me started on the condition of the parcels if and when they do arrive

So the actual amount of product is very little. The compartment to keep the applicator is bigger than the amount of product you get underneath. and it’s very oily. Definitely not worth the money, I think you’re paying for the brand and packaging more than abiding else.

Spent all week trying to swap my phone because I’m now eligible to swap, every time I sign the credit agreement my order gets cancelled, I must have tried like 10 times on the phone with lots of different sales advisors, non of them were helpful, all just read off the same script and didn’t actually listen to the fact I was telling them what they were telling me to do wasn’t working. I plan to leave sky once I finish paying off my phone because this is a joke. It should not be this hard to just swap my phone. PS I passed their credit check

Went to the one in Newton abbot due to my phone not connecting to WiFi and mobile data, they sorted it within a couple hours for a very cheap price! Impressed is an understatement:)

Quite often my orders would arrive late, and me being on repeat anti anxiety medication that’s quite an issue because if I stop taking it for a day I can get withdrawal symptoms. Not very reliable and quite often had the wrong strength sent out too

I bought the momento mori tee dress, the actual print I can see won’t last long, it’s already starting to peal off and I bought it like 2 weeks ago, and it was so expensive!! I think it was around £40, id expect it to be like £15 with the quality. It’s comfy but that’s literally just because of how oversized it is. A shame I really expected better quality for the price

Brutal honest review
I have really bad hormonal acne and I first purchased because every review says that it’s helped to clear it up. I’ve been using for about 6 months, and it hasn’t really cleared up my acne, BUT it’s one of the first that doesn’t sting my face (I have sensitive skin) so I keep using it for that reason only, but yeah hasn’t really touched my acne, I’m still on a mission to find something that actually works.

Customer service is fab, no issues with staff at all, I’ve had a few items that have arrived and leaked, I’m guessing because there’s no actual seals on the products, and they replaced free of charge with no problems

So not 5 stars because the acne products don’t actually work on my skin and not 4 because it’s kinda pricey for stuff that doesn’t really work the way it’s supposed to and a few times things have arrived and leaked everywhere and not properly sealed

Quick delivery and fab quality, shame they sell out so quickly. Luckily I had an alarm set but they all sold out within 5 minutes!

I got scammed a couple days ago and I’ve been in contact with sky and they have been absolutely amazing with helping me return the items that were not meant to be sent out, the two lovely lady’s I spoke to were so friendly and understanding!! And they definitely knew how to do their job perfectly, I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve been with sky mobile for years now and they have always been great over the phone :)
