Maybe you are a good shop

Maybe you are a good shop, but

The service in the outlets are absolute crap. No-one comes to you. And when finally I find a shop keeper and ask them about a certain product, they have no more knowledge of the product than any person if the street. You should train them till they are experts. My question was simple, What's the difference between inline skates and roller skates with 2x2 wheels. And why shall wheels, bigger and giant wheels. And explain the sizing numbers. And they just didn't know. We went in, with the desire to leave some money there and came out with nothing

the product itself would be good

the product itself would be good, but I hated that for months and months and months the application didnt connect to the fob- a substantial part of the whole deal

Thanks for your feedback. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "the application didn't connect to the fob", are you meaning the key we supplied for this claim didn't work or are you referring to a fob to attach to your keys in case they are lost? If it is the latter, we do not provide a fob for this scheme so you may wish to direct to a different provider.
