I have been so impressed with Hot Tub Studio and the efficient way in which they dealt with the blue wave fault on my Jacuzzi. Jack came out and, I have to say, what a professional, knowledgeable chap he is. I think I bombarded him with questions about chemicals, filters, testing water and everything else to do with Jacuzzi! This is my second Jacuzzi, the previous one being a 5 seater which, as only I go in it now, was too large and not cost effective. I have received more advice from Jack in the time he was here than I ever got from where I purchased both hot tubs. I will now change my chemical regime as advised which will hopefully rectify the problem of cloudy water I have been experiencing.

Octopus online is easy to access and use and very helpful. I don't like doing things online normally, but I have no problems with Octopus. I feel that I am treated as an individual.

Possibly the crunchiest best crisps I have tasted . Great that all the family can each choose their own flavourings ans as strong as they like. All the flavours are tasty. Rapid delivery too.
Only negstive points are that the bags should be smaller and a lot more supplied so individuals can do their own. I have had to buy other paper bags from supermarket. Also there is no portion control, so unless I weigh out 25g each time, I am not sure of the nutritional value I am providing to individuals so inclined yk overindulge!!

I ordered some out of date food from this company, assuming that it would be ok to eat. One of the items was 9 packets of love popcorn. On opening the first packet it smelt rancid and on tasting it, spat it out. It was disgusting and tasted of gone off cooking fat, absolutely inedible. U phoned the company and left a message with contact details and order number as requested. 4 days later and I am still waiting for a call back. I had also ordered a small container of salt. On opening the box, within a box, within a box all the salt was covering the entire contents, leaving me to wipe every item before putting it away. Not happy!!

I have ordered a few times now and never been disappointed. Everything i needed and more for the Christmas period. Amazing value, tasty succulent turkey, figgy pud stuffing....delicious, ample veg, bacon, burgers,steak. Thank you so much . It surpassed my expectations. Can't wait to have room in my freezer to order again.
