Ruth then took over towards the end and was fantastic witb keeping me updated with the progress - both amazing and thorough.

Highly recommended this company for anyone needing help with acquiring a mortgage or moving home.

Absolutely awful customer services

Absolutely awful customer services. Ordered watch which did not arrive, after waiting for weeks for them to look in to it they sent another which also did not arrive. I have requested a refund to save a third watch going missing and now they have stopped responding to my emails. £45 may not be much money to some but for me it is and I have not only paid this amount but I have nothing to show for it and they have taken my money!! DO NOT purchase from this company it is fraud! They have accused me of lying and refuse to assist in the situation or take it up with Royal Mail to find out what has happened. It may say delivered but it has not been delivered and I have not signed for anything either. I do not believe this is a trust worthy company and I would advise shopping elsewhere.

The worse customer service experience ever

The worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I placed an order for almost £100 and requested a signature upon delivery as I am in a new build and in a block of flats. The order was split into two parts, both parts come on different days and for each delivery I received an email that it had been delivered along with a photo of a signature - not my signature, and no products were delivered. I immediately contacted the customer service team and 4 weeks later I am still being told 'please wait 24 hours' - 4 weeks is unacceptable! I have been left without money and without products. Why does it take 4 weeks to give the customer their money back or resend the items?

During such a critical time it is essential that you deal with and look after your customers and ensure that they are happy.

I have not received a single parcel from you and yet I'm down £100.

I was told to chase today (again!) so I did, and then I got told that each time I chase, I go to the bottom of the pile - how is that fair?

My customer service team where I work would never leave a customer so disappointed, without products and most importantly without money. It's actually shocking.

I demand a refund
