The worse customer service experience ever
The worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I placed an order for almost £100 and requested a signature upon delivery as I am in a new build and in a block of flats. The order was split into two parts, both parts come on different days and for each delivery I received an email that it had been delivered along with a photo of a signature - not my signature, and no products were delivered. I immediately contacted the customer service team and 4 weeks later I am still being told 'please wait 24 hours' - 4 weeks is unacceptable! I have been left without money and without products. Why does it take 4 weeks to give the customer their money back or resend the items?
During such a critical time it is essential that you deal with and look after your customers and ensure that they are happy.
I have not received a single parcel from you and yet I'm down £100.
I was told to chase today (again!) so I did, and then I got told that each time I chase, I go to the bottom of the pile - how is that fair?
My customer service team where I work would never leave a customer so disappointed, without products and most importantly without money. It's actually shocking.
I demand a refund
