Birmingham branch. Useless. The management team are are not concerned with customer service. They do not give a monkeys about customers. As long as they get the money and a deal. That is it. Apparently a 'new' staff member was dealing with this sale and she was not trained to deal with sales. A large dealership that does not train people. She kept having to go the the useless management and it took over 2 hours to get a deal done. She has been told to lie about selling extras saying that they are a FCA registered and have to tell us about the add ons. What has FCA registered got to do with selling add ons that I am not interested in. Just a load of baloney. Refused to fix a broken vent on the car. First said as I live within 15 miles the delivery will be free. Then want to charge. Now I am going to collect. Sales assistant using the excuse that she did not know.
