I have been a customer of this company for some time now. Obviously with any tech company the landscape is always evolving. But the majority are tin-eared. Not 4K Download. I highlighted a technical issue to them and got an immediate response (from Liza). She said that they would address the issue. I was hoping that they would do so within a week but they did so within the same day. Great technical ability, great customer service and interaction. It's quite a luxury these days to enjoy these.

City Relay has, for many years, been my letting agent of choice - for short-lets, mid-lets and long-lets. Their platform is excellent for both tenants as well as landlords. For me as a landlord I am able to see my bookings, my revenue - indeed their monthly statements are regular as clockwork, dependable and transparent. Their retinue of cleaners and workmen have been excellent in terms of keeping the property well maintained and they are extremely diligent and pro-active in terms of alerting me to any issues. Most important of all, in an age of companies shedding phone contact and using bots, there's always human beings to speak to. Over the years I have developed excellent working relationships with their various teams who go the extra mile to support me as a landlord. I would throughly recommend City Relay not only to landlords but to tenants too.

Master of Malt is my go-to place for my favourite tipples. Their range is superb and they were the only company that even stocked a particular item that I wanted.
More than that, proving that they can think/act out of the box, they comprehended perfectly that I wanted my shipment delayed by six weeks. Thank you MOM

Stinking bad experience with Carmarthen Cameras. They did not inform me that they use pincodes for delivery of items through their courier (in this case DPD). The notice I got of the pincode was not at all timely enough and moronic DPD send the parcel back to Carmarthen before the time I really needed it. Carmarthen neither informed me of their pincode system nor did they do anything to mitigate the disaster. Do not use these clowns.

The delivery was fast but I was given only one hour's notice about the delivery day and time.

Stringers World offered a very competitive price for the tennis racquet that we sought to buy. It was particularly helpful and indeed refreshing to be able to speak to a person on the phone to answer a query. The packaging was excellent as was the speed of delivery. Throughout the process we were kept abreast of the progress of the order and delivery. Could not ask for more really.

I am a longstanding Hotel Chocolate VIP member, mainly enjoying their Velvetiser hot chocolates. It's always nice to try the new ones. I visited the 294 Regent Street branch today and sadly they only had an in-store sample of an old flavour. I wonder why they don't offer more samples - and in this instance there were four salespersons standing around doing very little with me being the only customer. The more samples I can try the more I'm likely to buy.
But what was worse was that the four salesgirls were so busy talking about boys (yes their chatter was loud enough for me to hear) rather than to try and market the products to me. In the first instance, four salespersons was way too many but worse still, not one of them could be bothered to try and explain/market the products to me. And there's supposed to be a shortage of staff in London. It's so sad to see a good company being run in such a hapless manner.

Whisky World has an excellent range and helpful staff that are easily available to speak to in person. Their prices are competitive and their stock appears strong.

Andre Mostert of City Relay has been extremely helpful and proactive in alerting me as a property owner of any issues that arise in the maintenance of my property. His alertness has helped ensure that it is kept in a tip-top condition and provide the best possible stay for guests. I appreciate City Relay's team as their approach surpasses what the likes of AI and BOTs can do.

Very easy website interface, good choice of dropoff places and competitive pricing although I feel that the insured value should be higher/cheaper.

Jen was extremely helpful, cordial and efficient in dealing with my query about billing. It's a somewhat stressful time with energy bills about to rise yet again but Jen was very reassuring. It's a bonus these days to be able to speak to a human being about services etc and it's extremely comforting to speak to someone as nice as Jen and a company as understanding as Octopus.

Purchasing my software of choice was a complete breeze. The payment was effected smoothly, securely and efficiently. The installer downloaded at lightning speed and installed with consummate ease. Most importantly, it has integrated with Windows seamlessly and the keys worked without a hitch. The price was super competitive too.

The coffee is excellent and the range is extremely wide. We were able to get recommendations based on preferences and in general there was good communication via email. Delivery was prompt.

We had a leak with our almost 20-year old Sub Zero fridge. I have to commend Luke Tyson, the 'case handler' who gave my wife and I, who have zero technical nous, complete confidence that we'd be able to resolve the issue. He emailed us detailed instructions with pictures and to our surprise and delight, he was absolutely right. Needless to say he also saved us what would have probably been an expensive technician callout charge. Immense, Luke

Excellent product range at competitive prices. Very reliable delivery service and sturdy packaging. Their catalogue has very informative and detailed descriptions and on the rare occasions that I've felt the need to speak to someone, their staff have been very helpful too.

The best thing about my purchase from Essential Photo was that I was able to speak to a human being - and an extremely technically knowledgeable one - who gave me terrific insight and guidance on a product I was looking to buy.
