Just used the AA for the 1st time. Wow what a service! A worrying engine fault light came on on my trip to Kilkenny. From the time I rang less that 2 hours passed while I was having breakfast, when James arrived in his AA van and sorted my problem in a short time. I definitely recommend this invaluable service for any motorist.

This morning I received a product (doggie Poop bags!!!). I have just read the reviews for Pigsback on trustpilot and am shocked by the poor reviews. I suppose they are depending on their suppliers to treat customers well. As a longtime user of Pigsback I suppose people like me are to blame by not leaving positive reviews when deserved. I have never had a problem with any purchase I have made from Pigsback. Just like my Doggie poop bags, I received them speedily and in perfect order. I will be leaving positive reviews in future (of course only if deserved!).

I was unsure what battery to order for my old laptop but Battdepot did what they could to ensure I got the right one. It arrived in days and works perfectly.

We went to the local DID store to survey tumble dryers as ours had sadly died. We were helped by Derek who advised us what to consider when buying a dryer. From his clear information we were easily able to make our choice. The product was delivered the following day and the old one was taken away. Our Zanussi heat pump dryer works perfectly. We are extremely happy with the service we received from DID.

For now this policy seems to fulfil all our requirements for our pet. Only as time goes by will we be able to report on the effectiveness and the fulfilment of the policies promises. But for now, it seems to be the best available.

Yesterday I got an email and text from DPD advising me that my parcel would be delivered between 09:49 and 10:49. I waited patiently on full alert during this time but no delivery arrived. Later, I followed the tracking link and was informed that an attempt was made to deliver the item but nobody was home. I can understand if delays occur but to blatantly lie about making a delivery is not acceptable. No doorbell, no door knock, no note left. How can this company be trusted if it is prepared to lie and inconvenience its customers so flippantly. I have now discovered that the sender (UK business) have been informed that DPD attempted delivery but no one was home. Sickening behaviour from DPD.
