Great to be able to speak to a human being

I had a simple query but not a lot of time to navigate a website that I was unfamiliar with, so I really appreciated being able to speak to someone who was very pleasant and who helped me with my enquiry.

Great customer service

I took a lovely, floaty summer skirt that I'd had for a few years to Timpson, at the Tesco in Cogan, to have the waistband replaced. I chased it up by phone and in person several times over the next 3 or 4 weeks after it failed to reappear. Finally Allan told me that he'd found out that it had gone missing in a box with other things somewhere between the seamstress service and Timpson. This was very upsetting as I liked the skirt very much and I'd worn it on several special occasions. However, Allan was extremely apologetic and promised that Timpson would pay for anything I could find as a replacement, which they did when I eventually found something suitable. Allan made a very painful situation easier to deal with by his sympathetic handling of the situation and I'm very grateful to him. (I'm still hopeful the skirt will somehow turn up somewhere.)

Great communication and very helpful!

We hadn't used a storage company before, but Blue Storage were very helpful in explaining how things work and showing us the size of the units. We stored our belongings from 26 January to 23 February this year. A very positive experience and we highly recommend them.

Very grateful for this professional and efficient company

When we discovered we had knotweed, TP Knotweed were absolutely excellent. Their surveyor arrived within 2 days to assess the scale of the problem, and we signed up for their 5-year treatment plan. Tim Gisevicius was absolutely brilliant at explaining things and also answering our many queries. Their expert and prompt help was really important in successfully completing our house sale. We would highly recommend this company!
