I had ordered a pair of long leggings and unfortunately short ones arrived. I messaged the team and straight away it was resolved and my long leggings arrived a few days later.
The team were an absolute delight to deal with.
I shall continue to support snag and have just ordered some more items for myself and my mum.

Truespeed kept us informed as to when our number was being ported over via emails from Ben. I’ve just received one and plugged the phone line in so all good so far.

Fast delivery on my order and very good quality products.
I have ordered several items from them and love the collars, bow ties and bandannas. The leads are very nice but not really thick enough for my German Shepherd.

I ordered 2 x 5 litres of sanitiser and face masks on 15 th May and after several calls and emails several of which were to the director the face masks were dispatched again as they were lost in transit. They arrived last week. One member of staff whom I spoke to had no customer services skills and was extremely sarcastic and rude.
The hand sanitiser has arrived today and has a different label on it than what appears in the picture on the website.
I found them to be very unprofessional and difficult to get hold of, as I told the above mentioned member of staff this is not the way to be conducting a business and I’m sure I’d have no customers if this is how I treated mine.
