BEWARE!!!
Unfortunately I'm adding to the list of bad reviews, Booked my transit custom van in March and paid in full nearly £900. The drop off was due 31st July 2023 between 11am and 1pm. Had a text message and an email on the morning just 2hrs before to say the vehicle had a mechanical fault and they could not find a replacement!! ..as far as I'm concerned they're a bunch of con artists who just take your money and reap the interest. You cannot get through on the phone and I can't understand how these guys from Watford are still allowed to trade when they offer such a diabolical service. Total scam merchants I wish I had read the reviews before. Family holiday totally ruined. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND not worth the hassle.
