Received an order I placed online today (order placed two days ago). Excellent service.

I was in the market for a cordless vacuum. Went to the "local" HN. Looked at a few .. liked one so went online to check specs. Turns out it was €80 cheaper in Heavins. So walked out ordered online no hassle arrived fairly fast.

Perfect all round service from price to delivery. 100% recommend going here instead of anywhere else. Especially the shops that claim to have a sale on every weekend😉.

Quality is really good,however returns if there is a issue. Delay in responses are an issue and slightly frustrating. Shipping is horrendous. Could take anything up to three weeks for an item to arrive. Given most companies can ship and deliver within the week it's a bit of a let down and needs to addressed by the company. (Ordered item 5 days ago... Yet to be shipped, showing in stock). Maybe put some of the marketing budget into solving this and one might solve the other... Instead of useless emails?
