The product was as expected and wanted/fine, the packaging was great. The delivery driver dropping it out the back of the van, not being rude or unpleasant I will add. That is the reason I won’t be back sadly. I need my deliveries to my door/ into my house. DHL doesn’t do this and if you change companies I will be back but definitely not with no option to choose a decent courier DPD for example

Fantastic ranges and quality products.
There’s a wide variety of colour choices which is perfect for us having five of the same breed and colour. This makes identifying individuals in our pack at a glance easier which is super important for identifying and training them. The products themselves are fit for purpose for our robust dogs but I would think the quality materials would be equally advantageous for longevity with less powerful breeds.
The website is easy to navigate with the dispatch and delivery time is as promised. An all round pleasurable shopping experience with all items meeting the high quality promised and measurements true to size.

I haven’t worn these new boots as yet. I bought them as I have a puppy who has had a little nibble on my old pair! My old pair are 4years old and going strong withstanding every day winter wear (apart from the nibble) I didn’t need a new pair but wanted a pair in reserve just in case! Because these boots have comfort, quality, style and longevity as standard. To date they’re the best boots I’ve worn and owned.

The DPD driver Adrian is always courteous, respectful to my property and neighbours. The delivery update and link to see how many stops before the package arrives is excellent. All round I am very happy with the service provided by DPD.
