We want to thank Stewart Walker for going the extra mile (or three) for us when we found our new table was too high. We should have checked the height first!
The rest of the John Doe team are also wonderful. I didn't get the names of the delivery/collection team, but they also deserve a mention: very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Stuart was very helpful and sympathetic when we had to change our plans. He really lived up to John Doe's promises.

Ordered a new tumble dryer on Sunday afternoon. It was delivered before 09:30 on Monday morning.Excellent! The delivery team, Mdala and Andi, were very efficient, friendly and helpful. They arrived on time, took away the old machine and installed the new one very quickly, including levelling it on our uneven tiles. Good service!

Ordered 21st June. Lead time quoted: 1 to 3 weeks, but could be 11 days or so. Notified next day (22nd June) that item had been dispatched via ParcelForce. This morning, 23rd June received SMS telling me it would be delivered between 15:33 and 16:33 - SMS gave several options if the delivery time/date weren't convenient. Delivered just before 15:25 today: brilliant service. Item is lovely and complements our existing side tables beautifully. Was described as glass and chrome plated steel, but looks very much like it is actually stainless steel. No complaint there!
Better quality than we expected, very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
