They are not perfect though, customer service could be better , little changes shouldn’t heed to be chargeable and staff could try to be more helpful but overall I’ve not had any issues

Needed to upgrade my existing PhoneWatch alarm as it could not operate on newly installed fibre broadband . Sales advisor very pleasant and explained everything in detail . Installation and monitoring fees were satisfactory. Agreed time of installation was between 9am & 12pm. Connor the engineer contacted me on the day at 8am to confirm arrival time of 9:15am, he arrived exactly on time . Conor was friendly and very helpful , offering good suggestions on the best devices ( sensors/ contacts) to adequately protect my home and the people living there , he came up with excellent solutions for locating the main panel as ac power outlets are scarce in the home. Conor’s work was meticulous and cleaned up as he worked . He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating how to use the alarm system, tags and how to set up and use the app. I was very happy with the installation and I highly Rate Conor’s attention to detail along with his friendly & helpful nature , he is an excellent ambassador for PhoneWatch

Item ordered was a vegan leather backpack . Ordered as a Christmas gift , on opening the bag for the very first time the zip broke. I’m so disappointed in the quality of product especially when shipping return will cost as much as the bag itself 😢
