Best physio I have seen.

I am active and rather injury-prone. I have seen countless physios over the years and Ollie Young at Bodyset, Horsham is the best I have seen. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

A family member has seen another physio at Horsham and was very impressed. Everyone seems very professional, friendly and importantly, on top of the latest research and techniques.

Could not fault it. I have made 3 claims for physio treatments and all of them have been authorized within 24 hours. I had the option to choose my provider/physio and they dealt with the rest!

I paid a £1400 vet bill after my 10 year old Cocker Spaniel was unwell. I did not expect much back after experiences with other insurers however, I was fully reimbursed minus the £199 excess.

It took 4 weeks but they pre warned me of the process times and overall I am extremely happy.

Absolutely love everything Owen, Dan and the team create. I have the heavy and visionary joggers and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I use the visionary to train and the heavy ones when I am out and about.

I have also ordered a couple T-shirts which are also great quality and fit. I will definitely be ordering more items from them.

Finally found a good quality, well fitted white T shirt. Surprised how hard it is to find good White T's but this one from SOL is exactly what I have been looking for.

It is good quality with decent thickness and regular fit but hugs the shoulders and sleeves well. The sleeves are tighter/shorter than usual shirts but that is exactly what I like.

The printing was also good, small ink stain but it came out pretty well.

I got suckered in by their marketing and thought I purchased a decent shirt. However, I put it on a mild wash before wearing and it came out all frayed and shrunk - completely unwearable.

It then took weeks trying to get through to customer services who eventually responded with extremely unhelpful automated messages.

A partial refund came through months later which was almost offensive. They spend all their money on marketing and clearly not their products as they use cheap fabrics produced in China.

For me the main issue is their customer service. To not respond and refuse a full refund when the quality of the product is unwearable is completely unacceptable. Please do not spend your money on them.

UPDATE - Zaful are trying to delete negative reviews claiming they are fake. This has been reinstated after I proved my transaction and issue. Zaful are an absolute joke.

Please don't waste your time. Atrocious quality and non-existent customer service.
