Excellent customer service from John Cox, he explained everything to me and paid attention to what I was wanting instead of being pushed into something I did not want like some companies do.
When one is thinking of life insurance its not really about you, its about what you leave behind, so i think it was nice to feel at ease as John was polite and curtious at all times and understood this is a hard thing to do 🙂
