Grand Rapids portable spa - had two, I will explain...

So the tub itself is good quality for the price. But the bulk of the price must be in the pump (given a £350+ replacement cost).

First one failed before two years, they have a 12 month warranty. Okay put it down to experience and managed to get a whole second tub including the pump for less than the price of a replacement pump (this should have alerted me!).

This brand new pump has now also failed after 20 months.

To be fair I was offered a replacement for £199. But the company ignored my offer to send them both faulty units back (for them to refurb as they had less than 2 years use) and I would pay £99 for the replacement.

This would go someway to improving their green credentials.

I even offered to pay the postage for my two units!

Won't be using again and won't be recommending

Got a great deal in their sale - the only problem was that the trainers were never delivered - I was bounced around between JD and their courier Evri for almost 2 weeks before the delivery was finally logged as lost. JD then didn't have stock, so my only option was a refund. Silver lining - I got them cheaper from a competitor

Excellent service - brilliant communication, letting me know stock was due and then updating when it arrived and was to be delivered - leaving no uncertainty.

The requirement to wear a mask in a lot of situations will probably with us for a while. Single-use masks will ultimately cost a fortune and are bad for the environment; so I looked for some robust, scientifically backed washable masks. Very happy with these, a good price, well packaged, delivered quickly and look like they will last for ages.
