Great experience
The sales person Abi was really helpful when choosing a Stressless chair. She explained the differences between the styles, sizes and leathers and ensured that we chose the perfect item that met our specific requirements. She made a difficult decision very easy.

Customer communication
Placed an order for some new pedals, unfortunately there was a delay getting them in to Rutland however they kept me fully updated of progress so I knew exactly what was happening. Pedals arrived and are now fitted and look amazing. Many thanks Rutland
