Made my first purchase from Goat and will be my last, Ordered some Nike’s which arrived with some damage and clearly were not in brand new condition. I took steps to report the issue with Goat and after the first response asking for more photos they haven’t replied in two days. Unless that many people are returning products or they are understaffed but still not ideal when trying to report an issue and get them returned or exchanged. The authenticators in China must not look for damage etc and must just be checking to see if they are real.

The micronised creatine powder is the best I’ve ever had, Icy blue razz is lovely.

Had an issue with my hydration powder but they sorted that out for me very quickly and were extremely helpful.

Will be using applied nutrition again for sure.

Terrible quality chain and pendant, You can clearly tell it’s plated and looks nothing like the photos. They even avoid adding a picture of the back of the chain as the clasp is terrible and it comes with a tacky little Craftd logo attached to it which is a clear sign it’s not a real chain, not worth £59.99 whatsoever. I’ve only worn it for a few days and tried to return it due to the quality and I was told I was unable too, Most companies give you the option to return within 30 days.

Edit: I didn’t realise the gold plating is already coming over before the clasp and that’s only after a few days, It’s likely came like this and I haven’t noticed till taking photos of the clasp to send craftd. These pieces are extremely bad quality and it’s not worth being scammed by this company and their terrible customer service.

Would never buy directly from Nike again, ordered some premium suede 90’s which arrived with multiple defects. I returned them for an exchange and the tracking number wasn’t working, instead of checking if they received them they told me they needed to get the senior team to investigate the issue and I would have to wait 3-5 days for a reply. I didn’t want to wait so I went to Royal Mail myself and they were able to print out the full tracking and they were actually received and signed for by Nike the morning prior… I then sent this evidence and they told me I need to wait for them to be processed before they will send my replacement. Terrible service and a complete waste of a morning having to go to Royal Mail myself and find out what’s actually going on. I would never use Nike directly and just stick to retailers like JD and footlocker from now on

Just woke up to £19.99 being took out of my account by this company. I don’t think I’ve ever even heard of them before, how do scam companies like this get away with taking peoples money at random. I have never signed up to any subscription as I’ve never even heard of this company

Bought an iPhone 8 via wowcher which came with nothing bar the phone not even an invoice, charger, or sim card tool. The phones Bluetooth also doesn’t work as it won’t connect to any of my devices like headphones or car. I’ve been trying to start the returns process since last week on the 8th of November with no response and wowcher have been no help at all! Stay clear of this company. I even had to pay £13.99 delivery once passed through to this site from wowcher which was never stated.

Edit: Wowcher are unbelievable, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the merchant for 10 days now with no luck and every 3 working days they just ask me to wait another 3 working days without actually doing anything. I don’t understand how they get away with this if I’m totally honest and I would never use this site again.

Would never use this site again, was looking for an iPhone on Google and wowcher came up with a decent price. After purchasing on their website an extra payment left my bank for VIP services, and then once being sent to phone sellers site the minimum delivery was £9.99 which was never mentioned on original ad. I ended up paying £13.99 for Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and £6 was took for wowcher VIP, I had already purchased the wowcher without any indication of the ridiculous postage. The phone arrived with no charger, no SIM card device and not even an invoice. It was just in a little bag put through our postbox and no signature required. All they done about it so far is returned my VIP pass into my wowcher balance even though I told them I would never use the site again. Edit: Wowcher tried to contact the merchant on the 8th of November with no response still now on the 14th, I’ve had another email from wowcher stating “please allow another three working days for the merchant to reply” it’s terrible from such a big company to not do this faster as I want to return my item purchased as soon as possible.

Edit: My bank has just raised a dispute with wowcher as they are unwilling to help and the merchant won’t respond. Absolutely disgraceful from such a big company, my money went through wowcher so they should be able to help when the merchant refuses to respond.

Would never use this site again, made an order which I decided to cancel and was unable to even though it wasn’t dispatched. Now I can’t even return the item as the returns page isn’t recognising my order number for whatever reason, tried contacting customer services about how I’m going to be able to return the unwanted item but I’ve had no reply even though they were very quick to reply telling me I couldn’t cancel the order when I enquired about that earlier in the week. I would definitely shop else where as I’ve never had this kind of problem before from such a big company.

Stay well clear of this company, they will take payments from your bank even after cancelling your subscription. I’ve just had to contact my bank and have them deny any future bills from DAZN because I couldn’t speak to anyone from their company and when I got through on live chat twice it put me through to the German chat rather than English. Should of read these reviews before I gave them my card details.

Having to contact my bank tomorrow as I can’t cancel my account, tried the live chat three times and each time says “one person ahead of you” then you never get through. Should of read these reviews before signing up but I’m going to tell my bank to block them so they can’t take anymore money as I’ve noticed y reading these reviews you’ve also got to pay to cancel. Disgrace of a company and should be looked into.

Would never use calvin klein’s site again, terrible customer service! Made 2 orders one of them I wanted to cancel as I made a mistake. Since it was 15 minutes past ordering I wasn’t able to cancel it and it still hasn’t been shipped a week a later. Now I’ve got to wait for the delayed order just to return it and wait 15 days for a refund. Totally shocked from what’s such a big company but should of read these reviews before ordering from their uk site.
