Scam website

Scam website.
Support tells you that you will be able to withdraw your skins once they are in stock. But apparantly they rather autosell your skins than let you wait. There's no way of withdrawing money, except trough skins. Oh and guess what they got no skins in stock. So yea my money is stuck in this website. And if you where to withdraw a skin their prices is so high, that if you were to take it out and sell it for real money it would be less than 50% of what they say its worth.

Once your money is in, its value is actually halfed directly. You need to double your money to break even. If you withdraw with skins.

Example Usp-s neo noir. According to them value $137, but if you were to cash it out 95% of buff price which is $79. In context if you put in $100 its actually worth $57.

How this website is legal I don't know? How can I insert $100, but not withdraw $100?

Edit: you can't even trade your balance for a skin you MUST play to be able to get a skin to withdraw. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM SITE. So they force sell all my skins, then I got no choice either open cases or do a tradeup. So since im FORCED I did a 60% tradeup highest possible chance u can do. And ofc it fails.

Someone please explain to me how I can deposit $100, but not withdraw my money back?

Also they do not OPERATE legaly, they are not allowed to operate in sweden, yet you can play on a swedish IP, no vpn, nothing at all. I was able to play when I was a kid with no restrictions, (now im an adult)

Worst support ever

I'm writing here once again as they reply here rather than mail. They responded to my review that they would reply my mail 2 days ago which has yet to happend. The product I was exhanging has already arrived at their warehouse. Long story short they told me to reply with tracking info that I did 5 days ago for a faster exhange. Which is not TRUE at all. If you want to exchange just REORDER and wait for a REFUND. Waaay faster. Their support time is 1 week+ not UP TO 3 days. I usually bought from rhinoshield but I wanted to give them a chance. Not worth it. Go with rhinoshield instead. This is almost on a scam level, I'll wait and see if I even will get my case or they will keep the money for the overpriced case.

Instead of responding here respond to my mail and send me my goddam case with express delivery.

Slow support

Update I have now changed my review to one star. The reason is they replied to this review that they would of reply to my mail today which has not happend! Remeber I sent the first mail on monday... 4days+. Again REORDER GET A REFUND RATHER THAN WAIT FOR EXHANGE. I get my phone tomorrow friday, sadly no case for it. Inshallah it survives.

I will update my review once the product arrives. However, I’m really frustrated with how slow their support is. I originally changed my mind and decided I wanted the iPhone 16 Pro Max instead. They told me to reply with the tracking info for a faster exchange, but the funny thing is, the product will probably arrive before they even reply. I don't understand why it's taking over 3 days for a response. I sent the return on Monday, expecting to receive the new case by Friday, but since they haven't responded, that's unlikely to happen. Had they not told me to send the tracking info for a faster exchange, I would have just reordered on Monday and gotten a refund instead.

Keeps my money hostage

Keeps my money hostage
In order to withdraw you need to make a deposit with the method you want to withdraw with. And the one I deposited isn't an option for withdrawal. So I try to deposit with one of those methods, but they all say payment failed. Then I try Bank withdrawal as their customer service tells me to use. But as always it doesn't work. Nothing works and they keep all of your money, it's a scheme to make people deposit but not let them withdraw. The site is a scam and its very ugly designed aswell. Do not play here!

UPDATED it worked in inkognito but I still would NEVER recommend this ugly site

Fraud company

The CEO of this company is a fraud artist, knowing well what he were doing. Running a company with a business model that's impossible to go bankrupt. They've stolen millions of euros from thousands of affected people. They owe me 3618 euro. The netherland is the country that I officially hate the most. The fact that there isn't any concequences for him, he literally started the same company with a new name just to clear all the debts. Maybe the country that's letting this man do these things is corrupt.

Been 3 weeks still no package..

Been 3 weeks still no package... 3 weeks is apparantly not enough time. Now I don't got a gift for the weekend. Order 3 months in advance and you might get it. I've sold alot here, and I know that it doesn't take 3 weeks. But when I order its most likely going to be a month. And support stop replying.

Doesn't deliver

They say its delivered when it isn't searched the entire apartment complex. And they tell you to contact the seller, how is it their fault when the deliver company doesn't deliver it. Same if you would travel and an airline loses your luggage is it my fault or the company that transports it. No logic at all at this company

Lite lurt, man går med i deras raffle o då tar de dina pengar tills att resultaten är inne. Sen när man vinner får man inget order id, endast ett grattis. Därefter får man ett sms om att det är problem med leveransen och att det kommer dröja. 1 vecka senare ingen updatering. Utan då får man kontakta de själva. För att de ska säga att den annuleras och ska återbetals. Det vill säga att jag hade endast fått tillbaka mina pengar om jag kontaktar de. Annars behåller de det! Vann en annan vara engång, fick inte heller nån orderid. Men som tur kom den fram... Men själv tycker jag om de vet själva att den ska anulleras bör de inte tävla ut den varan och KONTAKTA kunden själva inte ska kunden behöva kontakta de.
