Item delayed by courier then damaged so further delay. When it eventually arrived it was nice and in good condition.

I ordered a new fridge and paid for urgent delivery

I ordered a new fridge and paid for delivery today, which is why I ordered from them Today I checked what time it would arrive to find it wasn't coming and the earliest date is actually the 4th of Mar. Order cancelled, a very disappointing customer experience.

You couldn't make it up!

Ordered 2 new tyres and booked a morning slot 8.30 to 1pm and paid £20 to secure that as I needed to drive south after lunch. No show by 1.15 so I telephoned, I was told they would arrive in 30 mins, the fitter then called me 45 mins later to say they wouldnt arrive for another hour. FInally the fitter arrived at 2.45. The fitter couldn't get one of the wheel nuts off so couldnt change the tyre. I had to cancel my trip. The fitter advised the only option was to get the car recovered to a garage. Later my husband arrived home and got the wheel nut off himself. I called to let them know and rebook another visit and was told they could do the following afternoon, the slot was between 1.00 and 5.30. The day came and went but no show so I called and they told me the person I spoke to the night before wasnt actually authorised to schedule the alternative visit and a refund had been initiated. They said if I wanted to rebook I would need to do another order on line if I wanted them. Needless to say I have ordered tyres but from Asda. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded but they tell me takes 4 to 5 working days.
