Jet2 has an excellent website that is user friendly and so easy to book. The customer service is excellent, from the airports, on flights amd the reps visiting the hotels in resort. The choice of hotels is excellent and the hotels do match their assigned grade (eg a 4 star IS a 4 star !) I noticed during the pandemic, that other holiday companies seemed to drop the ball, cancelling flights etc but not Jet2! I believe they also have their own baggage handlers which certainly stops some issues! Overall, I would definitely recommend this company amd have just booked a 4th holiday through them.
