Our delivery cut off time is 8.30am and we cannot guarantee an earlier delivery time than that, although we do aim to deliver as early as possible unless the round is running late due to circumstances outside of our control.

We have made some significant improvements to our Customer Service in recent months by increasing the number of staff available to answer both calls and emails and a new
telephone system to allow customers to receive real time updates about their deliveries when they need to call us.

It is very disappointing to hear that we didn’t quite meet your standards on this occasion with the recent order you had placed.

Moving forward, we do offer some more substantial meals that come along with the sides such as vegetables or rice. In future orders should you place any, I would recommend giving one of these a try as they’ve proven to be more suited to those with a larger appetite.
