I'm extremely sorry for the behaviour our courier has displayed during the delivery of this shipment. Please be assured, this isn't the standard we expect from our staff, especially when representing the company.

Ordered and paid for something but…

Ordered and paid for something but never arrived, no updates, difficult to contact. I would be very weary of dealing with this company.

We regret that your order did not arrive and that you had difficulty contacting us. If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is to inform the Seller that you ordered from, of the problem. This is the quickest and easiest way to get the help you need as they're responsible for your product, shipping and delivery.

Just log in to your OnBuy account, click 'View orders', find the product and select 'Contact Retailer' and let them know how they can assist with the issue you've encountered on your order.

We expect Sellers to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. If, after corresponding with the seller, you still need our assistance, please respond to my email and we will handle a Dispute Escalation for you.

Didn’t see a rep all holiday

Didn’t see a rep all holiday, very difficult to get hold of Crystal and would have been much easier to book flights direct with easyJet.

Bought an i watch which was faulty

Bought an i watch which was faulty, returned within 28 days return period, would not give a refund in the e Leeds branch said I had to do via returns centre despite website saying otherwise. In all took 4 months to get refund with much chasing. Went to the apple store got first class advice and a cast iron returns guarantee. Will never shop at pc world again to quote the store manger ‘you’ve caught me out there’ when I showed him the policy wording but even then would accept return!!

The automatic renewal is detailed on your policy documents and renewal invitation, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused however you can still cancel before the renewal date with no charge.

We are so very sorry to hear you could not get trough the phone, we can be very busy at times. Moved in to a house with this system

Moved in to a house with this system, tried to reset and spoke to technical who said I need to speak with the internet provider Sky! Went round in circles for a while before switching to Hive. Don’t get Wiser v poor quality and support, they just try and bat you away!
