I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Pentagon Vauxhall (Derby) less than 5 months ago. I raised the issue that my phone wouldn't connect to the car on the day I took home the car.. this issue is still not resolved after all they said to me is that it's my phone - so I had to just accept this. I have changed to an Apple iPhone 13, and they still continue to tell me it's my phone. Fine.

Since then I have noticed my radio keeps cutting out when I put my rear fans on. Apparently this is an issue they will not pay for and ultimately expect me to sort myself! I remained calm about the android auto/ carplay issue. But my goodness, I paid almost £11000 in full, it's not even a wear and tear issue. And they just say "can't help you".

Honestly this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only that I don't recommend purchasing a car from Vauxhall Pentagon, I wouldn't recommend Vauxhall at all for the shocking service.

Excellent and efficient service! Couldn't fault them on an order at such notice! Checked for faults on collection, no issues
