Bought our new American fridge from Lisa in the DID Navan branch today. Lisa was helpful and knowledgeable. She arranged our delivery at a time that suited us and advised what we needed to do to have our old appliance to have it taken on the day. She explained the benefits of the extended warranty without being pushy about it which was actually great value and provided peace of mind.

Just eat service is good as long as nothing goes wrong. I had issue where the food from a McDonald’s reataurant was of diabolical standard. I returned the food but as I ordered through just eat I had to request a refund through them. Apparently in their terms and conditions the max refund you can get is 50% of what you paid. So if you dont get what you paid for you will only ever get half of what you paid back.

My parcel was checked into their Dublin depot on Dec 4th. It was never delivered to my pick up point. Still showing as in Transit on my account. Logged support request online, no response. Logged a support request over the phone, no response. Went to their depot and gave my details and confirmation of purchase etc etc, was promised a response - guess what not an iota of a response. They should be known as the company that ruined Xmas for many given the reviews here. Just don’t use them. Brexit likely going to give them a well deserved kicking.

Happy so far. I was sceptical at first having had issues with three a few years ago but it seems network improvements have been made. Better coverage at home address than eir and Vodafone. For €8 a month it’s fantastic value. If you are unsure it’s worth the €8 to try it out. I had an issue getting iMessage on iPhone activated but just had to add €1 credit so the activation request could text the UK Apple activation number. Ordered some more sims and moved the wife over I got €8 credit as did she so it’s a free month for both of us. Plus you don’t have pay €12.99 to buy a sim like you do with GoMo.
