Please accept our apologies that your order has not yet been received. I've been looking through the correspondence, and can see that we sent you a proof of delivery from delivery made on 27/6/23.

I know that you have had further correspondence with our customer service team requesting further information about where this was delivered, and we are just awaiting an update from the supplier/courier.
