In the past 2 months they lost/stole 5 of my parcels.
You can’t talk with anyone. Only robots. They can at least change their names.
Carrie is omnipresent.
Also this message I am certain will get an automatic reply with no real resolution.
They deserve a collective complaint, being brought to Court and pay compensations for all the time they ruin important deliveries.
So much time lost to get refund and have money blocked.
Not sure how they are checking their drivers. Don’t understand why everyone is working with them!! The start to have monopol

Rude customer service over the phone and although their courier lost my order they refuse issuing a refund.

Do not order!!! Only automatic replies, no status updates on order and still not arrived after more than 2 weeks.
I will end up with no money or product.
A company with this customer service I doubt can deliver a good product.
Avoid!!!
