I recently contacted Elddis about serious water ingress issues with my 2018 Buccaneer Galera. Although my caravan is out of warranty and I didn’t get the goodwill support I was hoping for, I wanted to specifically recognise the way Allison handled my case.

From the outset she was responsive, clear and professional, and engaged with my situation over several detailed emails rather than just sending a standard rejection. She took the time to explain Elddis’s position, escalated my case for review, and offered practical help in terms of technical support and parts liaison with the repairer.

While the final decision wasn’t the one I’d hoped for, I can’t fault Allison’s attitude or the quality of her communication. Her customer service has been excellent throughout and is very much appreciated.

It’s was a very productive and supportive coaching and nutrition sessions. An opportunity to get the ball rolling, explain my goals and then to get a plan to enable me move towards that. Very good experience and interested to see where it takes me.

I had Dylan perform a pre-purchase inspection on a car, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Before the inspection, we discussed what I wanted him to focus on, and he was incredibly thorough. After the inspection, he called me with detailed findings and provided supporting images, revealing several hidden issues with the car that would have needed immediate repairs and cost me a lot to fix. Thanks to Dylan, I avoided a huge mistake. His expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Really great price and level of cover available. Not had to use it yet is the prof is in the pudding as they say, but so far everything’s been straight forward and as described.

I was a little apprehensive going in but I needn’t have been. Dr Hollie Hearfield was great, put me at ease and we worked through the process together, allowing me the opportunity to ask questions as we went.

After our consultation we discussed medication and due to my specific circumstances Hollie needed to discuss further with a colleague, at 10:15pm that evening, she sent me an email confirming my meds and protocol. I wasn’t expecting such a quick response. Very impressed.

BOXT were very accommodating in replacing our Nest Heat Link which we found to have failed on our return from holiday. As we have two small children and no heating they contacted me after I booked my slot which was meant to be for this coming Wednesday, they then offered me an appointment first thing Monday. Duncan, the BOXT engineer, contacted me first thing Monday morning with a time and kept me updated through the day with his expected arrival time. He was in and out very quickly and had the heating working again within minutes. Excellent service and very impressed. Thanks.

What a fantastic service I’ve received, through what was at times a very challenging experience.

What I was most impressed with was the speed at which my questions or concerns were responded too and answered. Either by email or phone. Particularly the last week which needed a lot of leg work to get it all completed, Sean Robinson really did go the extra mile, so thank you Sean.

I would most definitely recommend Elan and her team at Olivers & Co and will certainly be using them now as my go-to solicitors and all at a fixed cost, which I still can’t quite believe.
