Awful experience with this company - I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing.

Have tried emailing and have received responses, but they've been very delayed. I've been promised tracking details and delivery updates, but have received nothing. I've just tried calling and had to leave a voicemail.

Please sort out your customer experience as it's probably the worst I've dealt with - I'm going to keep trying to reach this company for a refund. It's ridiculous to be out of pocket and not even have the product I've paid for, with absolutely no explanation or communication.

Always such friendly and helpful advice! Walked me through my move out easily and had all the knowledge for me to feel confident about taking octopus to my next property. Thank you!

I dealt with Emily from Printed, who provided really swift and friendly service. Unfortunately an order had not arrived, but it was dealt with very quickly and we were really pleased to have a re-print! This was the first issue we've ever had with printed, and we use them a lot! Thank you Emily for a great interaction - you're brill!

Lauren got back to me really quickly and within a couple of hours my query had been resolved - she even added some credit to my account as an apology for the delay in my final bill being sorted. Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE using Bloom & Wild for gifts, not only because the flowers themselves are amazing - but because their customer service is second to none.

I work in customer experience and totally appreciate the strain these departments are under right now, but I received such a prompt and polite response, with exactly what I needed.
