Usually I am very happy with my delivery, but this time my parcel was left in the front garden, not a secure place for it to be, unacceptable!
Specific instructions were for it to be left with my neighbour (house number was given) if I was out. Also your drivers are meant to make 3 delivery attempts.
So a 1 star for this review!
