Last year I put in an order and to say that it was painful is an understatement. The service was appalling but at least they had an excuse with the lockdown. Now a year later, one of the plants that cost just under £30 has died. I decided it was time to test the 5 yr guarantee. Sounds great but the small print says you have to return the dead plant and provide the original label plus proof of purchase. No one keeps plant labels , there is a cost to returning a dead stick and they hold proof of purchase on their online service. Still I pressed on and a week later I have heard nothing. So much for client service.

I ordered plants in Lockdown, which arrived 2 months after my order, just way longer than the company stated on their website even when they knew they were in trouble fulfilling orders. In the end they just ignored customer complaints, (still are actually). The plants when they arrived were of variable quality, Some good, (not necessarily as implied from the website. Some in poor condition and one order was simply not fulfilled. I ordered a 100 bulbs, only 62 showed up, some looked of doubtful quality and by the time they arrived, there was little chance of them flowering. I'm still awaiting a partial refund on this item, though I think a full one would be fairer. Such a shame as the plant choice is great, though pictures are obviously made to exaggerate the colours and usually show the mature item rather than what you are buying. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered some pottery bowls, which after some delay arrived shattered. They arrived and they too arrived shattered. After that, I could not get any service at all. No reply to emails, (no number to telephone and no refund). Good prices but terrible service. I won't use them again.
