5 yr guarantee _ beware!
Last year I put in an order and to say that it was painful is an understatement. The service was appalling but at least they had an excuse with the lockdown. Now a year later, one of the plants that cost just under £30 has died. I decided it was time to test the 5 yr guarantee. Sounds great but the small print says you have to return the dead plant and provide the original label plus proof of purchase. No one keeps plant labels , there is a cost to returning a dead stick and they hold proof of purchase on their online service. Still I pressed on and a week later I have heard nothing. So much for client service.
