Exceptional service, tyres changed within stated timeframe and a reasonable price

Overall I love using Lovehoney for purchasing toys, lingirie etc. However, my last order I paid £8 for delivery on a Sunday for my order to not arrive until the Monday. The delivery fee was refunded, however still left me frustrated that I waited all day for my items not to arrive on a day that I'd specified and paid for.
