The sales assistant was absolutely superb. So competent, confident and personable. Rudu was actually a trainee but working way below his ability. He would make an exemplary Manager. Curry's and Creation are very lucky to have him to promote and offer their goods and services.

Eventually received 2 dresses which were cheap rubbish and do not resemble the pictures on the website. Shoddy quality and wanting to return ASAP.

Still no response after sending ovr 20 emails. I paid by debit card so thought that all was lost. I rang the disputes department at Halifax bank and told them what had happened. The refund was paid by Halifax to me within 5 minutes. They will now chase with CoolSurf. Obviously if CoolSurf give me a refund Halifax with reclaim monies from me. Either way at least I have my money back.

I have emailed customer support as advised by the response on here from Cool Snow and guess what??? Yes that's right absolutely no response!!!! Sick of asking for a refund and a response I am going to pursue this further now. What a sham this company is.

In response to response below. How do you define immediately??? I still have had no response after over 15 emails. I WANT A REFUND!!!! I ORDERED 19TH July and to date nothing other that empty promises. When are you going to act instead of pathetic excuses??????

They have eventually responded and said will be dispatched as per original email. This was last week in July and still no dispatch email as promised. Have asked for a refund again and a response. Our holiday has gone now so pointless. I paid for express delivery too. I will take it up with my bank next week to try to get money back. Also trading standards. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt but they do not help themselves by managing complaints this way.

Following on from the response below I have sent over 8 emails asking for a refund and to cancel but have had no help or response other than saying they will let me know once its dispatched. This company is beyond useless and I am sick of communicating and getting zero productive response !!!! I want a refund ASAP please arrange for this.

I orded my SUP 19 July and received confirmation email and money taken immediately which is not following the small print. I have emailed 5 times and rang but no response. Sadly I didn't use pay pal. No delivery as yet and I paid extra for 1 to 2 days delivery. Absolutely gutted is an understatement.
I am hoping the the goods will arrive soon but I ordered this and paid extra as I wanted it for last weekend.

Rudy dismantled my electric cooker and came back the next day to fit the new one. Rudy was polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks Rudy great job 👏.
