I paid for a moomin for my nephew for Christmas. It was weeks past Christmas and it still had not arrived, so I reached out to moomin customer service who said they would follow up and “get back asap.” Two more weeks passed with no contact and no product. I contacted them again stating if they did not get in touch with an update I would contact the better business bureau, and they wrote back there had been a warehouse mix up and they thought it had gone out, but it hadn’t. They asked that I be “kind” “because mistakes happen.” They never reached out to me for weeks and essentially had taken my money and never sent out the product. So, I canceled my order. I won’t be ordering from them again.
