Appalling service

Appalling service. Their delay paid for next day didn’t arrive arrived after party.

Sent back oh we charge you for that even though it’s boohoo error. No way to contact no reply to email.

Don’t swap to these unless totally clear record

Be careful when you sign up with these after good marking and convincing you to swap and leave your current supplier. They then refuse to settle a claim saying it’s for something pre-existing even though I checked before I signed up.

Surprisingly though they have them paid a medication claim for the same illness contradicting very usual funny how one was more expensive than the other

Currently appealing and we’ll go to the ombudsman if need be but echoing other peoples concerns they seem to try and find any which way to make something count as pre-existing to avoid paying a claim

Unfortunately, the treatment is something we are not able to cover on this occasion, but if you are able to provide any further evidence from your vets that will enable us to reconsider, please do forward to us.
We can see a complaint has been raised and this is being investigated for you.
Our specialist resolution team will send a written acknowledgement within 5 working days and will aim to send you a final response within 4 weeks.
The majority of our complaints are resolved within 4 weeks, but if there is any change to this timeframe, we will update you and send a final response no later than 8 weeks from receipt of your complaint.
Again we are sorry for any upset caused and we'll be in touch soon.

Absolute joke of a review platform

They have blocked my other email account as they have said to protect the integrity of the platform

No explanation why I can’t post after leaving a genuine review won’t tell me what has caused it and everything is red by AI not real people

Amazing service and fantastic prices

I’ve just booked an amazing holiday with Stacey. So easy to deal with gave me options and wasn’t bothered with my little interference. Now can’t wait to get away later in the year to our favourite place Florida.

Highly recommend and as a small business and should be applauded for the customer service and attention to the little details.

They have contracted out the car park…

They have contracted out the car park to Euro car parks

Absolute sharks. They don’t even look at appeal. Their app they point you to wasn’t working. So go into store to ask they have no other options. All this takes time then leave car park to find alternative parking.

Morrisons you have now lost my business by using these sharks

Worst customer service experience

Firstly I was annoyed to have 2 postage charges for two of same item. But I sucked it up. Them items came taped together in awful packaging.

These were heated jumpers and the advert showed battery and said remove battery for washing.

I contacted the supplier who gave no response so contacted Wowcher who did nothing but ask for Photo and sent to supplier.

Supplier finally contacted and guess what in China and said it direct come with better the advert is just for illustration 🤣🤣 and as nothing wrong I’d have to pay for return.

Nothing short of a joke OBERO INTERNATIONAL was supplier

Still no reply from Wowcher. I’ve asked for a refund of one item to allow me to buy batteries

Trading standards will be getting informed of this and advise anyone to think carefully before purchase.

Edit: surprisingly or not after their response which makes them look concerned,I’ve heard nothing. 36 hours later. Another update soon
