Angry customer

the only reason I have given one star is because i can't give less. I have had an issue with my gas meter which was not seding reads. I have informed their team multiple times, each time i would receive automated response about my electricity meter working fine, even after respoding to that message explaining that I have an issue with the gas meter, exactly the same (word for word) message about electricity meter working fine would be sent out! once i switched to OTM, both my meters work, my account is in credit and i cant be happier with the service provided

I am a customer of OTM since 2023. Was with shell / octopus prior and was less than impressed. here not once i had an issue that was not resolved instantly to my satisfaction. i would recommend them any day.

There is no way to contact a real person. Contacted Hermes about the issue on 29.12.2020, 30.12.2020, 31.12.2020 every time machine is telling me that someone will be in touch!!! No one is.
My parcel is till not collected even tho I have an e-mail confirming it will be collected on 30.12.2020 - it is now 02.01.2021!!!
Had delivery from Hermes on 31.12.2020 said I have parcel to be collected and the delivery man said he can’t collect it and left!!!
My whole refund is now delayed because Hermes can’t provide their service which they committed themselves to!!!

RUBBISH!!!!
