they are the worst
the only reason I have given one star is because i can't give less. I have had an issue with my gas meter which was not seding reads. I have informed their team multiple times, each time i would receive automated response about my electricity meter working fine, even after respoding to that message explaining that I have an issue with the gas meter, exactly the same (word for word) message about electricity meter working fine would be sent out! once i switched to OTM, both my meters work, my account is in credit and i cant be happier with the service provided
