It's our first booking an experience with Spabreaks, and the communication between the team and the affiliated hotel was seamless. We had to rebook our experience last minute and the Spabreaks team were quite understanding and hadled the change directly with the hotel. Thank you!

Damaged and returned

The item received arrived damaged. I got in contact with an agent through their chat system and arranged a return and refund very quickly. The only thing with the return is that it had a fee to be picked up. I hope this return fee would be reconsidered in the future as a hefty delivery fee was already paid.
