Very good after sales service & very happy with our J375

Very good after sales service - Andy looks after his clients very well!

Tim came to see me today and he was a lovely helpful guy!

Will defo be getting our next tub from Andy!

hide behind T&cs so they don’t need to…

hide behind T&cs so they don’t need to do work, rip off company would never recommend taking insurance through dfs with these guys

still not recieved my towels i ordered almost a month ago

Edit: fixed the problem very quickly, sent new towels.

Dealt with Simonè on livechat as our dog has recently had IDVV and is paralysed - needed to change some food and she sent me a free of charge box due to this, very great service, always would recommend.

Very helpful service by someone called Sydney who helped sort a confusing aspect of a trade out for me and where I stood to lose signficant money. Thanks Sydney - would recommend hardgreaves.

Do not use.

Waited 6 weeks for marble table to arrive, arrived damaged, have tried 3 times to have it collected and the delivery guys dont want to pick it up (they sub contract it out to beds.co.uk) - today they called me and said is it correctly packaged, to which I responded, no as I explained it cant be packaged and we have told customer services that, and now they are ignoring me and have not arrived for the third time at the agreed times.

TO REPLY TO JULES: Due to the size and weight of the item this was not possible, we have emails from you saying that it was fine to return it in this manner and will be supplying them in the dispute. you guys are ridiculous, STEER CLEAR FROM USING THESE COWBOYS

If it is not packaged correctly, the collection will be rejected. Please ensure the packaging is done as best as possible to avoid further declined collections. very confusing hiring process

very confusing hiring process, went to the store and was told to buy online, bought online and then was charged a new hire charge + for some items, then i was charged a deposit. When i returned the items the man didnt seem to know what I had been charged or why, and tried to confuse me with the pricing, as such, i have now had to dispute the transactions with my bank to get my money back.
