Outstanding service! It was a Please to make baby shopping with UK Baby Centre. Very helpful support team helped out with delivery of my stroller after courier company messed up.

Feeling robbed

Feeling robbed! I hate fabletics so much! I try to unsubscribe from this website more than a year now, constantly getting tricked back to it. Seems like never ending story and total waste of money. Feeling robbed

We are sorry to hear you feel the information about VIP membership was not clear enough. There are two ways of shopping on our website, as a regular customer and as a VIP member (by picking a promotion).
When you choose a VIP price you are informed about how the membership works both before and after confirming the order.
As a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the button skip the month.
Only if you don't do that £49 is transferred to your Fabletics profile and you can use them to buy something.

I hope this has made our policy easier to understand.

Great customer service

Great customer service, always fast and polite. Internet speed looks great, prices are super low (compared with other providers), so I'm extremely pleased!
