Excellent fast and reliable

I joined the VSA in June 2022, after listening to their Vegan Gym podcast for years. I wish I could give them more than these 5 star, because everyone from the bottom to upper management was truly amazing individuals. Throughout my initial 16 weeks of going through the VSA program, not once did I feel neglected or any form of negativity. The community just meshed together into one big utopia of helping hands and words.

Quick background. 37 y/o male 6'0". Construction worker and father of 2 small one. After kids came around my weight kept going up untill untill I hit 251lbs. I tried every diet in the past and nothing stuck. I would just loose and gain back. A cheat day became a cheat week that became cheat months. There was no consistency which caused me to loose and gain over and over. So I decided to take the leap and join the VSA. Man that was the best decision I've ever made for me and my family. From the intro call with Anders who paired me up with Coach Ruari who had a similar story and background as me made it super relatable and comfortable for me to be open with all my emotions and dreams. Coach Ruari basically held my hand and walked me through the whole process. He formulated my meal plans for my busy life, he made mission plans for me to achieve various goals I dreamt of, and put together my workout plans. All I had to do was show up and execute. Coach Ruari took me from a binge watching chip loving couch potatoe to now in 16 weeks... 53lbs lighter... 10 inches of my waist... 10km running machine...loving the way my clothes fit... and most importantly I now have a better relationship with food. Honestly my only regret is not doing this sooner. So if your on the fence deciding if you should join or not..... Trust me you owe it to yourself to become the higher version of you you've always dreamt of.

The VSA will get you to your goals and teach you how to stay there permanently.

It took months of research but it was worth it. Ticktalk3 fits that fine line between being to young for a smart phone but needing to be connected for safety. My Son is 7 and loves it. The set up and app sync was a breeze. Will definitely recommend.
